EDUCATIONAL: BSc/MSc – IT or B. E/B. Tech with IT knowledge
EXPERIENCE: Between 3 to 5 Yrs.
Supporting IT related solution in hospital environment & interface to medical equipment’s in LAN, HIS, Intranet (Cloud), etc.…
1. Should have Excellence knowledge in IT, Good communication, Leadership, and management skills.
2. Should have Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. (Remote, Onsite)
3. Need to Support for all IT related Equipment’s as well as software’s.
4. Knowledge of diverse computer systems & networks – Different operating system installation & maintenance, hardware device driver configure / re-configure, error finding & correction.
5. Installation & maintenance of various applications coordinate with Engineers for implementation, problem diagnosing & rectifying.
6. Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
7. Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity.
8. Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
9. Manage daily field complaints of IT related activities and remote access as when required.
10. Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
11. Coordinate the needs of in-house experts and remote employees, PC experts, and contractors.
12. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and train employees in its use.
13. Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware in coordination with Tech support team.
14. Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.
