Process Engineer – R&D – Puducherry

Process Engineer Qualification and Skills General:–

• Good Analytical and Math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify, assess and solve problems arising in the process.
• Knowledge of process Engineering software like Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Notepad++, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW etc
• Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.

Other Essential Qualifications:–

• B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE/Instrumentation
• 2+ Year Experience Or Fresher with 8.5+ CGPA
• Work experience in any ERP, DTP Experience are added

Job Responsibilities:-

• Discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Optimizes productivity by implementing and testing new procedures.
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
• Communicates findings and proposals to management.
• Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate strategies.
• Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
• Conducts risk assessments.
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
