CRM – Coordination with Toll Free, Field team

CRM data correction, co-ordination

Open installation follow up, units lying with dealer or units not installed

Service call feedback, survey, corrective action measures suggested/recommended

CRM – coordination with service provider

Service handbook, guidelines improvement, process documents

CRM – configuration, online training, field feedback
